So we spent a Saturday evening applying to grad schools for Buddy. I came up with the idea of wearing BYU gear to channel our good experiences here, and red in hopes of having good experiences elsewhere (most of the schools he's applying to sport red as one of their colours). So far the list of lucky schools that could have him there are : the University of Utah, Belmont in Tennessee, University of Kentucky, Eastern Washington University, Northern Arizona University, University of Nebraska, UNLV, University of Puget Sound, Harvard, Yale and Princeton (just kidding on those last three). I'd be happy with any of these, but I'll be happier when I know where we'll be in six months!

Hey guys! Great work on wearing the BYU gear. We haven't done anything too cute like that to help Jeff along in his apps (probably because our baby was born around the same time he started applying...). But anyways - good luck with the applications & figuring out the next several years. I'm looking forward to knowing where we are going as well! The suspense is basically killing me. (MIT, U of Chicago, Stanford, U Wash, U Mich, UNC-Chapel Hill, or U of AZ??)
Stacey! I'm so glad you found us. I actually hadn't told a soul about the blog (I wanted to make sure I knew what I was doing before I attracted attention to it!) Your son is SO cute! I haven't congratulated you yet, so Congratulations!
whats up guys. thought we'd say hi. good luck with the grad school stuff- a year ago we wouldn't have believed it, but there is light at the end of the tunnel! we miss our hometeacher
